Return Policy

All of our products are guaranteed. Contact us via email for instructions on how to return the item(s) for credit or replacement.

All Hardware sales are subject to a 15% re-stocking charge. No returns are accepted after 30 days from the date of original order. All software sales are final, no returns for software will be accepted.

Any return that is not complete (parts requiring software or manuals that are returned without the software or manuals, etc.) will not be credited.

Any return without the invoice and an RMA (if issued) will not be credited.

Products found to be damaged by misuse, abuse or neglect will not be credited.

Products that have been altered or modified or are missing parts will not be credited.

Products that are returned because of a mistake in ordering or a "change of mind", by client, will not be credited, unless authorized by Inkjetman’s supplier of said product.

Any and all claims for shortage, damage, DOA, and shipment errors on ITEMS must be made within 10 (ten) days after receipt of shipment.

Any amounts quoted are provided as a guide. Events beyond our control can cause the costs involved to be increased. If at any time it appears that the amount bid will be exceeded, you will be notified immediately and informed of your options.

Any out of warranty support can be taken care of by the manufactor.
